Free Size Exchanges:

We provide a free size exchanges service. If the shoes you ordered are not the right size for you simply return them to us and we will exchange it for you and send it back free of charge. We recommend you to use recorded delivery when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. 

If you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to a full refund minus delivery (£2.50 per pair). We recommend you to use recorded delivery when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. 

Please make sure the items you wish to return comply with the following rules:

Must be returned within 30 days
Item must be returned in Original/Unused condition
Return postage and packing are NOT refundable
